Personalize your furniture with your own custom message, and/or a custom logo. We can make your purchase something to be proud of with our custom laser etching. Better than plaques that fall off, the laser etching is ecstatically pleasing and permanent. Great for that perfect personalized gift idea. The custom etching is done with a high-end laser engraver. It embeds text and images on the wood surface with incredible detail and accuracy. We can use any font from Microsoft Office, or any free font online. Additionally, if you have a font file you would like to use, you can email it to us. As you can see from the pictures , the details can be astounding. When you place your order online, there is a place for notes at checkout - just be sure to put your custom message in that box.
There is no limit on the amount of text but please appreciate that the longer the text, the smaller the font will be, as we may have to place the text in multiple lines. We usually place the custom laser etching on the front slat of your Adirondack Chair although we can place it in a different location upon request.
Note that we prefer to receive custom logos or artwork in vector format in order for the finished product to be perfect. If you only have a .jpeg version, send it over and we will see what we can do. Most of the time it is easy to convert. Please note that if the file is complicated, there may be an upcharge to have our graphic designer convert the image. Of course, we will run this by you before proceeding.
We do not and will not, under any circumstances, share or distribute any proprietary logos, and/or artwork other than for work that has been specifically contracted to us by you, and/or your company. We also do not and will not use any trademarked logos without permission from the owner (i.e. sports teams, college and university seals, etc.)

Shipping
What I do if there is a missing item?
When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a short delay on an item within your order. Please refer to the delivery confirmation email for steps to obtaining a second tracking number or contact our team via email support@lunacabana.com
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How much is shipping?
- Orders below $70, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- For orders that will total $70 or more will be eligible for Free Shipping. Free shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Ship in 5-7 business days after order has been processed (Processing is 24 to 48 hours)

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please visit the 'Track My Order' page once you have received your dispatch confirmation email and simply enter the email address corresponding to your order & order number e.g #1001
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@lunacabana.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
