Each Traditional Giant Adirondack Chair is handcrafted to order with care, precision, and materials built to last. These chairs aren’t pulled from a warehouse—they’re made just for you.
Shipping Timeline
• Unstained chairs typically ship within 4–6 weeks
• Stained or custom-finish chairs ship within 4–8 weeks
Once your chair is complete, it will ship via LTL freight, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it leaves the workshop. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
We believe in what we build, and we stand behind it.
All Pine and Cedar chairs come with a 10-year written guarantee on workmanship.
Upgrade to Ipe wood, and you’re covered with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.
If anything breaks due to faulty craftsmanship or defective lumber, we’ll replace the part free of charge, including ground shipping.
What’s Not Covered:
• Wood treatment or finish
• Normal weathering like small surface cracks
• Installation of any part
• Any damage beyond the value of the part itself
(We may ask for a photo to confirm the issue—but that’s it.)

We know you’ll love your giant chair. But if you don’t, you’ve got 10 days to return it. No questions asked.

Just repack the chair as best you can, we’ll handle the rest.
