• Unstained chairs ship in 4–6 weeks
• Stained or painted/customized chairs ship in 4–8 weeks
• Ships via LTL freight, with tracking provided once your order leaves our workshop
Our Guarantee
Every chair is backed by a 10-year written warranty on workmanship (lifetime with Ipe wood).
If anything breaks due to faulty construction or lumber, we’ll send a replacement part—on us.
You also have 10 days to return the product if it’s not the right fit. We cover return shipping within the continental U.S. and Canada.
Only a Limited Number of Custom Chairs Are Built Each Month
Each Big Curve is handcrafted to order. Because of the size and level of customization, we only accept a small number of custom chair builds per month.

Shipping
What I do if there is a missing item?
When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in separate parcels as some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or occasionally our warehouse may part-ship an order if there is a short delay on an item within your order. Please refer to the delivery confirmation email for steps to obtaining a second tracking number or contact our team via email support@lunacabana.com
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How much is shipping?
- Orders below $70, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- For orders that will total $70 or more will be eligible for Free Shipping. Free shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Ship in 5-7 business days after order has been processed (Processing is 24 to 48 hours)

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
